Start Regedit.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControl.
Click on the Control Folder.
Select WaitToKillServiceTimeout
Right click on it and select Modify.
Set it a value lower than 2000 (Mine is set to 200).
